We are legally required to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item does not meet these standards, you have the rights described in our Refund Policy and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. This may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address and/or billing address or phone number provided with the order, and we will refund any payment you have made for it. We may limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
