Shipping Policy
Every Hazel & Maud Harrogate order ships free, with no minimum order value. Here is what you can expect once you've placed your order.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 working days
- Delivery after dispatch: 8–12 working days on average
Orders placed on a Friday evening, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed from the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to delays outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order. We cover all shipping and delivery costs, as a thank you to our customers.
Where we ship from
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses in Asia to your door. This allows us to offer fair prices, but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than from a UK warehouse.
Import charges
Prices shown at checkout include VAT where applicable. For orders with a value of £135 or less, no customs duty or import VAT will be charged on delivery. For orders over £135, import VAT and any customs duty may be collected by the courier before delivery; these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Placing your order
1. Go to the product page, choose your size and colour, and click "Add to cart".
2. Check that you have selected the correct options, then click "Checkout".
3. Enter your delivery details and double-check that your address is correct.
4. Choose your payment method and click "Complete order".
All payments are processed through an SSL-encrypted, secure checkout. We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If an address is wrong or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer change the address.
